I contracted with Charles to install a new pan in my stall shower(which involved redoing the entire shower) on February 26, 2006. The work has yet to be completed, I am not in possession of all the materials I paid for to complete the job, his garbage is in my bathroom, garage and backyard, and I have been without a shower for 6 months. I have found out that he misrepresented himself as a business, and is really working for someone else and trying to pick up extra jobs for extra cash in his spare time. He does not even have the decency to return phone calls. Please do not allow this man to do any work in your home!
