I contracted with Charles to install a new pan in my stall shower(which involved redoing the entire shower) on February 26, 2006. The work has yet to be completed, I am not in possession of all the materials I paid for to complete the job, his garbage is in my bathroom, garage and backyard, and I have been without a shower for 6 months. I have found out that he misrepresented himself as a business, and is really working for someone else and trying to pick up extra jobs for extra cash in his spare time.
