When trying to work for these people. Watch your back. Because if they don't want or you dont apply to bending over backwards for them. They will stick you. As far as work ethics & direction. They consider themselves very anal. Direction can be either lacking or discerning but do not try to assimilate or provide your own input although they say it's inspired. Just not required. When leave time comes they'll burn you. Trust me for I have been tried but I'm fighting back. Plus I'm putting out a clear and direct warning of such implications now. So as others won't be in such shock as discover in the later efforts. They can truly be demeaning. As I have found out behind my back after totally being supportive of entertaining thought and process of trying to work for them. Now it's out there; about them So others will become familar.
