This company sells rather expensive small appliances, made in England. I have had one of their toasters for about three years, which now has a burned-out heating element. When I contacted them, they first informed me that they were only responsible for models sold in the USA (I now live in Mexico). When I informed them that the toaster was sold in the US, they then told me that my model has been discontinued, and that all spare parts were reserved for in-house repairs. My recourse would be to send the toaster to Connecticut for service. That's not very practical for me, and the total cost would probably exceed the value of the toaster. Obviously, this company has absolutely no regard for their customers who were foolish enough to purchase their overpriced junk!
