This company sells rather expensive small appliances, made in England. I have had one of their toasters for about three years, which now has a burned-out heating element. When I contacted them, they first informed me that they were only responsible for models sold in the USA (I now live in Mexico). When I informed them that the toaster was sold in the US, they then told me that my model has been discontinued, and that all spare parts were reserved for in-house repairs.
