Todays Option claims process needs all the help they can get. I am a provider the files claims with Today's Option they pay on some claims with the NU modifier and then the next 5 claims they deny as invalid procedure/modifier. Go figure, I called the company they still can not figure it out. They then tell me they will rework the claim. It gets paid but I wasted hours and hours of my time. Todays Option needs to wakeup!
