When I opened my IRA account, they didn't give me any paper work except for a receipt, hence creating a hassle when I tried to transfer it to another institution. When I went to the bank and deposited (cash) for my IRA account, I didn't see the amount from my online account even after 2 days so I emailed customer service. They replied that there was no record of my deposit whatsover! Horrified, I had to come back to the bank and luckily I still retained the receipt with me. I was just wondering what would have happened had I not have the printed receipt with me. Online banking has easy to use interface, but other than that, avoid this place as there are many, many other banks with better services in my experience.
