I found this website while searching for a particular hotsauce my husband likes. I placed an order for a case of hot sauce and a few other items on February 26, 2009. I received an email confirming the order, and it was charged to my bank card. After a few weeks, I hadnt received the order so I emailed them to ask why. I was told that one of the items was backordered, so I told them to remove that item and ship the rest. Still nothing received. I asked again, and was given a story about how this guy thought he could keep a "real" job and still run the website, but it was just too much work. So, I asked for a refund and they agreed to refund my money. That was nearly a month ago. Still no refund or delivery of product. Upon searching the website more thoroughly, I see that they do not have an address or telephone number listed. The only way to contact them is via email. I am certain that this is a scam and other people are being ripped off. I only lost $84, but it was my hard earned $84! I do not like being taken advantage of!! BEWARE of this website!!!
