I found this website while searching for a particular hotsauce my husband likes. I placed an order for a case of hot sauce and a few other items on February 26, 2009. I received an email confirming the order, and it was charged to my bank card. After a few weeks, I hadnt received the order so I emailed them to ask why. I was told that one of the items was backordered, so I told them to remove that item and ship the rest. Still nothing received.
