Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree rarely, if ever returns phone calls or emails from unhappy customers.

After numerous scheduling problems, overcharges to my account and non-returned phone calls, I decided to close my account.

I closed my account with this company last September, but they continued to bill me for services.

I called & emailed the company numerous times, but never received a response.

Then they sent the bill a collections agency.

I filed a complaint against Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree with the Better Business Bureau.

I just received notice from the BBB that Top to Bottom refused to return phone calls or emails from the Better Business Bureau and I am now pursuing other options to settle this matter.

Do not hire this company.
