Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree rarely, if ever returns phone calls or emails from unhappy customers. After numerous scheduling problems, overcharges to my account and non-returned phone calls, I decided to close my account. I closed my account with this company last September, but they continued to bill me for services. I called & emailed the company numerous times, but never received a response.
