After being burned by $90 with "free" Acai berry products because I missed the disclaimer (in extremely small print) that "if I did not call to cancel within 14 days", that I would be sent a full order, unrefundable. However, the "14 days" had to have started from the day the product shipped, because I just finished the 14 day supply, but my account was charged 4 days ago! I went on to the web site for the Total Cleanse and found out that "if I did not respond after the 15 day trial", it would be assumed that I wanted more of the product and for $78+ I would automatically be sent a new shipment. I have tried several different ways to contact the company to cancel the order, and have not had any success. The contact e-mail is [email protected], but error messages continue to come up and the message fails.
I have totally learned my lesson on the "free" trial! If there is any help out there to cancel this stuff, let me know!

I tried everything to cancel my Total Cleanse "order". After searching for a correct number for hours and calling every number I came across and also trying both live chats WITH NO LUCK WHATSOEVER... I FINALLY found this one 866-695-9950. I had to wait on hold FOREVER, but I was so happy to have actually found a working number so I didn't really care. Then the recording told me to call back during regular business hours (it was regular business hours) then the call was automatically ended. This happened many more times, always ending my call after exactly 10minutes and 50seconds. Finally I tried the live chat again, I waited for over an hour but then it worked. For those of you who have tried it and when you hit submit the box closes (that happened to me too over and over) I think it does that when it is not during business hours. When I did it just now during the business hours it worked - you just have to wait a really long time. Make sure you save your chat and get the confirmation email. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

EVERYONE NEEDS TO CALL THE BBB AND/OR FIND ANYWAY TO FILE COMPLAINTS OR TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. WE NEED TO MAKE THEM PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING... THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!

Oh and by the way, to everyone still looking for a valid number... THERE ISN'T ONE. Because believe me, if there was, I would know. I searched for days and have read every blog and forum out there on Total Cleanse. I have called EVERY number that I found. There is no valid number because this is not a valid company. I cannot believe they are still in operation. PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS!

I ordered the Total Cleance Free Trial for 14 days, I got the product 10 days later, I've been trying to contact the bussiness to return the product because I don't want it and the telephone number that they list is not in service, it sounds like the line is busy or it tells you that the number hasn't been assigned. I've been trying for the past two days and no success. Please if anybody is reading this do not buy this product, verify and check the numbers first before you give out your informaton. I'm returning the product tomorrow to be free of any responsability that this might carry. And beleive me I will never fall again into this game of people that are just imbecils that are trying to get money the easy way.
