After reading everyone's stories; and not being able to get through when I dialed the 1-866-320-0038 (I too got the recorded message that said the number was no longer in service). I tried the website to try the live chat (www.sflnutrition.com) and that didn't work went to a blank screen - and the help website that someone from SFL Nutrition suggested (that too went to a blank screen); I finally tried the alternate number that one of you suggested which was 1-866-938-4832. At first, this too gave me the recorded message that the number was no longer in service; but I tried several times a day yesterday; and at 3:59; was able to get through. I spoke to "Larry" who was very nice, very professional; and able to find my order with no hassle; and cancelled my order with no hassle. Now, I was on hold for 11 minutes; but; be persistant and you will get through! Good luck!
