On June 14th thru 19th our company used this bus service to go from Kansas City to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas,

There were many, many things wrong with the bus.

For example, the tiolet did not flush, the air conditioning system did not work, only in the early hours but in the heat of the day the air unit went out. The temperature in Dallas and Forth Worth Texas was in the upper 90's and 100's. Before noon we were burning up.
Some widows on the bus did not have shades, therefore, the sun and heat came it. The some seats could not be adjusted, therefore they were uncomfortable.
The bus needed shocks. We were bouncing all the way from Kansas City to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas & all the way home .

No do use this bus service. I have talked to other people since taking this trip, and they reported that they had poor services also.

It appears that no one had checked or serviced this bus.
