On June 14th thru 19th our company used this bus service to go from Kansas City to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas, There were many, many things wrong with the bus. For example, the tiolet did not flush, the air conditioning system did not work, only in the early hours but in the heat of the day the air unit went out. I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010. The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas. The bus had many, many problems. The toilet did not flush; the air conditioning was not working in the afternoon, only in the early morning. The temperature in Dallas and Forth worth Texas were in the upper 90’s and sometimes 100’s.
