Ordered on line a purse on Nov. 2, 2008. Never recieved it, contacted the company via e mail (they do not return phone calls) only to discover they no longer carry that particular item. They offered to send a different one in its place I declined the offer. When I requested a refund, they told me their policy was no returns. ! I never recieved anything to be returned ! I only wanted my money back that they should never have charged on my credit to begin with. Any credible business does not charge a customers card until the item requested has been shipped. The entire fiasco required the BBB to get involved. Long story short, after 3 months of lies on their end it has finally come to and end !

I would discourage anyone from dealing with this company at any time.
