Ordered on line a purse on Nov. 2, 2008. Never recieved it, contacted the company via e mail (they do not return phone calls) only to discover they no longer carry that particular item. They offered to send a different one in its place I declined the offer. When I requested a refund, they told me their policy was no returns. ! I never recieved anything to be returned !
