This company is horrible!

I just found out that we are locked into a 3 year contract with these people, which of course is not what the original sales rep told us, but yes sadly there it is in the fine print of a 5 page agreement that we were given after we signed that we agreed to their "terms".

If we cancel, then we are subject to a $300 fine. But the real problem is, in the mean time, they keep increasing our rates! During our "contract" period. They put this in the fine print of our last bill. Our old rates were slightly over 2%, and last month they raised them to 6%- and the only notice that I got was fine print on the bottom of our bill the month before!! I couldn't believe it!!

DO NOT use Transfirst if you don't want to get locked into a contract where you get fined for cancelling, but they can increase the rates as much as they want, whenever they want!!
