This company is horrible! I just found out that we are locked into a 3 year contract with these people, which of course is not what the original sales rep told us, but yes sadly there it is in the fine print of a 5 page agreement that we were given after we signed that we agreed to their "terms". If we cancel, then we are subject to a $300 fine. But the real problem is, in the mean time, they keep increasing our rates! During our "contract" period.
