credit card charge
I recieved a charge on my credit card for what ???
I have ordered nothing and am quiting the use of trend for anti virus
what am I being charged $35.00 for ???

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
MY CHASE CARD WAS CHARGED $62.95 ON 11/25/10 FOR TREND SOFTWARE, WHICH I DID NOT ORDER OR APPROVE . PLEASE CREDIT SAID CARD FOR ENTIRE AMOUNT. PLEASE DISCONTINUE ANY ORDERS IN THE FUTURE.

can not update
My security software was about to expire, so I ordered it for another year. It is the PC Cillan anti virus software from Trend Micro. They sent me a confirmation but when I tried to follow the directions to update the program there was a missing number and I could not navigate the web site. There is no phone number to call or no contact site. Help. My compter is unprotected.

Unwanted software renewal
I did not authorize RENEWAL of Trend Micro's software. My Internet connection is protected by AT&T and I do not require or need Trend Micro's security software. I request my credit card charges for $71.95 be removed.

Invalid Charges on my Debit Card
I did not authorize Tend Micro to take money out of my account. I want the money returned to my account immediately or I will file charges with the BBB and also have my bank file a claim. I want this done no later than November 12, 2010. Thank you.

Unauthorized charge
A $67.59 charge appeared on my bank statement, I didnt order this product or renew it. There had been pop-up's on my computer asking me to renew it but I never authorized such. I WANT IT GONE!

Fruadulent Billing
I received on my credit card statement a bill for $79.90 listed as "DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN." Checking on Trend Micro's own web site my last "order" was on 7/13/2008 with manual renewal. I have not renewed since that time and have placed no order in the last 2 years. Trend Micro has customer service open only M-F and has a "chat" open only M-F or, you can email them & supposedly get an aswer back the next business day. I will be contacting them to follow up & I'm considering complaining to the State Attorney General. Given the number of complaints that I have read here it's a continuing issue.

renewel of anti virus
Please refund the charges for the Trend Micro Anti virus of 39.95 and 6.95 that was charged to my account reference number 2443099L4BM5D15JT and 2443099L4BM5QXSXJ on 9/01/10. This antivirus is not supposed to be charged to me it is provided through my internet provider.

Unauthorized Charge
In September of 2008 I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy. In conjunction with the computer I purchased one year of Trend Micro Anti-virus/spyware for 29.99. I renewed the subscription the following year for the same period (1 year) and cost (29.99). As of mid August, 2010 I started getting emails regarding the impending lapse of the subscription at the start of September. I do not use the computer any longer so do not need to purchase their product. Therefore, I did not answer a single email. Furthermore, my banking information has changed from National City to PNC per the merger so the debit card is no longer valid. I suspect they would have simply charged me had my banking information not changed.
In summmary - I did not want their product, they did research to figure out my new banking information for PNC, and charged me 62.95. This same complaint is being filed with the Better Business Bureau immediately.
Below is an excerpt from my banking statement:
09/13/2010 CHECK CARD PURCHASE XXXXX8377 DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.C MN $62.95
Fix this now. If it is not taken care of I am willing to pay an attorney a few hundred bucks to take care of it.
