In September of 2008 I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy. In conjunction with the computer I purchased one year of Trend Micro Anti-virus/spyware for 29.99. I renewed the subscription the following year for the same period (1 year) and cost (29.99). As of mid August, 2010 I started getting emails regarding the impending lapse of the subscription at the start of September.
