My daughter has been using Tri-Clear for 5 months now. There has been a significant improvement on her acne. I had to stop for 2 months since we were going to be out of town for 6 weeks. Customer service forwarded Tri-Clear to our temporary address!!! Upon return Tri-Clear was sent back to our home address w/o us having to phone them!!! How's that for customer service? We didn't have ANY PROBLEMS. Tri-Clear has been better than the $400/mos rx her dermatologist had her on!!! Acne treatment is a hit & miss. What works for some may not work for others. Complainers: Grow up, READ up on something before you "naively" spend your money. I'm sorry pple have had their credit card info used in a fraudulent way, but these days... anything over the internet is fair-game.
