After ordering the free product, TriSlim, and only paying for shipping and handling, I was charged $19.95 for a membership to DJM Lifestyle Fit! I disputed those charges and was assured I would receive the credit on my account. However, I have not. After calling several times to see where the credit was, I was told by Fit Factory that they were having issues getting credits back to customers. The only way I can get a credit is to dispute through my bank. That involves cancelling my card and submitting the complaint. What a freaking hassle for me! Especially for something I did not authorize in the first place. No where did it say I would be paying for an automatic membership to DJM Lifestyle Fit. 3 companies are involved or what??? I don't care if its 19 cents, it's still my money and I want it back without having to go through the hassle on my end.
