After ordering the free product, TriSlim, and only paying for shipping and handling, I was charged $19.95 for a membership to DJM Lifestyle Fit! I disputed those charges and was assured I would receive the credit on my account. However, I have not. After calling several times to see where the credit was, I was told by Fit Factory that they were having issues getting credits back to customers. The only way I can get a credit is to dispute through my bank. That involves cancelling my card and submitting the complaint. What a freaking hassle for... read full review »
