I contracted with Ivan Mcclam, owner of tropical landscape & Design llc, in atlanta in early august which he was supposed to install 6 sable palms for my business. Ivan Mcclam told me that he was an expert at this and was apart of the southeastern palm society which was a lie and a first of many lies. I gave Ivan Mcclam $500 deposit so he can order the palms. Ivan Mcclam told me he would have them installed in two weeks which he never did. I tried contacting Ivan numberous times which many of those times he would either ignore my call or answer and give me some kind of lame excuse that his father had medical issues and he would return my money the following day which ivan never did. Don't go with Ivan Mcclam or Tropical Landscape & Design LLc if your are interesed in any palm trees or landscape work. Ivan Mcclam is con and will scam you out of you money.
