I contracted with Ivan Mcclam, owner of tropical landscape & Design llc, in atlanta in early august which he was supposed to install 6 sable palms for my business. Ivan Mcclam told me that he was an expert at this and was apart of the southeastern palm society which was a lie and a first of many lies. I gave Ivan Mcclam $500 deposit so he can order the palms.
