I called the 800 number to order a tonneau cover for my truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to music only to get an option to leave a message. Thinking this may be just an isolated instance I called again 2 hours later. Same experience. I called the company and it appears that they never answer the phone. Meanwhile you go to their website and they brag about being in business for over 10 years and having an excellent record with the better business bureau. I can only imagine what would happen if I ordered online and needed service after the sale. If they cannot even take an order over the phone, what type of service could I expect after the sale. I would never buy anything from a business like this. Buyer beware!
