I called the 800 number to order a tonneau cover for my truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to music only to get an option to leave a message. Thinking this may be just an isolated instance I called again 2 hours later. Same experience. I called the company and it appears that they never answer the phone. Meanwhile you go to their website and they brag about being in business for over 10 years and having an excellent record with the better business bureau.
