Purchased a Backbeat 903 bluetooth headphones new. Received a refurb in a plastic bag no packaging. One of the earpieces was on backwards. The unit is unusable as is. Only thru Buy.com which is a partner of Turbo Beach and how I made my purchase, was I able to get any response other than an automated one.

May return for refund minus 15% STOCKING FEE AND NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING EITHER WAY. Based on my experience to date I really don't expect any refund I suspect this response was to satisfy a complaint I filed with Buy.com. Based on this companies responses I also suspect Turbo Beach may be a temporary name that they do not care about since they probably change names on a regular basis

Suggest avoiding this company and the fact that Buy.com is a business partner???.
