Purchased a Backbeat 903 bluetooth headphones new. Received a refurb in a plastic bag no packaging. One of the earpieces was on backwards. The unit is unusable as is. Only thru Buy.com which is a partner of Turbo Beach and how I made my purchase, was I able to get any response other than an automated one. Turbo Beaches response: May return for refund minus 15% STOCKING FEE AND NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING EITHER WAY.
