I ordered some mini rose plants and the first time it was all dried up and did not thrive after planting. So, I emailed and they sent me another one. they said they do look dormant but will thrive if planted asap, etc. So, they said they would send me another. I received the same mini rose plant again about eight days ago. I don't know if somebody was mad in the shipping department or what, but when I opend the packaged all the dirt spilled out and the plant was just lying in the box. Looked very dried up and dead to me. But I planted it and water and feed it with plant food for this particular plant. We've had plenty of showers here and it should have thrived. But NO it does NOT look like it's going to survive . I do not want another plant and I do NOT want to have to pay for this. I had ordered ad Goliathe hyrangea plant also. This too, was in bad condition and it did not florish. However, the second one sent is planted and looks very ALIVE. I will pay for this one. Please let me know exactly what my options are. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.
