I ordered some mini rose plants and the first time it was all dried up and did not thrive after planting. So, I emailed and they sent me another one. they said they do look dormant but will thrive if planted asap, etc. So, they said they would send me another. I received the same mini rose plant again about eight days ago. I don't know if somebody was mad in the shipping department or what, but when I opend the packaged all the dirt spilled out and the plant was just lying in the box.
