Ordered a pair of "Uggs" on behalf of my son who I was attempting to save money for. I printed the online order form which stated that I would be notified by e-mail of the confirmation of order within 24 hours. The very next morning, my son tells me that his girlfriend didn't want them so I immediately requested cancellation. This was well under the 24 hour period. To make a long story short, after several attempts to contact them, I gave up assuming they honored my cancellation request. The original order date was 11/26/10, the cancellation request submitted on the 27th. Today, 12/16/10, I get a smashed, thin cardboard box from China, w/ all Chines writing, except for my name & address. Inside were the boots, without the box they come in, and were obviously knock-offs. I have no way to reach this company, they have disappeared of the internet, & I have no phone & no way to return the item for lack of packing slip, etc. I feel like a real dope- don't let this happen to you. How ironic that I was purchasing "Uggs", now if saying "Ugg!"
