Ordered a pair of "Uggs" on behalf of my son who I was attempting to save money for. I printed the online order form which stated that I would be notified by e-mail of the confirmation of order within 24 hours. The very next morning, my son tells me that his girlfriend didn't want them so I immediately requested cancellation. This was well under the 24 hour period.
