Please DO NOT order from Uggoceania.com...I received so called "authentic" Ugg boots from the company and they are complete knock offs! They don't fit and they look very different from the Ugg boots they advertise on their website. I have tried numerous times to return them; however, the only way to communicate with this company is through email. They have been giving me the "run around" with short one liner email responses and will not give me a refund for the boots, as their website clearly states you are able to do if you are not happy with your purchase of they do not fit. They claim to sell 100% authentic Ugg boots; however, they are far from it. I would never recommend this website to anyone.
