Please DO NOT order from Uggoceania.com...I received so called "authentic" Ugg boots from the company and they are complete knock offs! They don't fit and they look very different from the Ugg boots they advertise on their website. I have tried numerous times to return them; however, the only way to communicate with this company is through email.
