I think I have been done over by this company by reading all the comments... just my luck

I ordered a pair way back in dec 2008 and didn’t have a problem and the boots ere good quality too. I wanted another couple of pairs for my daughter and me. My friend asked if I would order a couple of pairs for her too... 9th Jan ordered 4 pairs of uggs @ £471.45 in total on my credit card... still not heard of them. I sent them 2 emails 2 weeks ago via the contact us and not heard anything then sent email to <[email protected]> 3 days ago and got an (auto-Reply) back... My order still says that it’s being processed... I now haven’t got a clue what to do. I’m so annoyed and upset and feel like a bloody fool... I could cry 
