I think I have been done over by this company by reading all the comments... just my luck I ordered a pair way back in dec 2008 and didn’t have a problem and the boots ere good quality too. I wanted another couple of pairs for my daughter and me. My friend asked if I would order a couple of pairs for her too... 9th Jan ordered 4 pairs of uggs @ £471.45 in total on my credit card... still not heard of them.
