I purchased GHD's from the site they worked for 5 mins switched themselves off and on again and then seemed to work in intervals until after 2 months of this they stopped working altogether.. I contacted the website regarding their returns policy via email and the website forum and have yet to hear back from them.. I have given up on trying and have now passed the matter onto my bank in hope they would have better luck... The official GHD website said i could send them to them to look at once they looked at them they were able to say the straightners i purchased were in fact counterfeit!! Please avoid this site as you will only end up worse off like me and plenty of other people.
