I purchased GHD's from the site they worked for 5 mins switched themselves off and on again and then seemed to work in intervals until after 2 months of this they stopped working altogether.. I contacted the website regarding their returns policy via email and the website forum and have yet to hear back from them.. I have given up on trying and have now passed the matter onto my bank in hope they would have better luck...
