This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring!
His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training.

One thing I cant complain about is his attention to detail and knowledge on the sport of MMA. Good coaching and adds a personal touch to all his sessions.

But at times i felt like we worked more on getting in shape and less time trading blows. So, If you are looking for a fitness orientated personal MMA fighter/teacher this is your guy, but if you are looking to fight pro I suggest going with a facility that specializes in making pro's.
