This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. One thing I cant complain about is his attention to detail and knowledge on the sport of MMA. Good coaching and adds a personal touch to all his sessions.
