I ordered in stock wigs from this site before Xmas. 3 months later i noticed i had not received any items . I contacted them and the customer service rep was nice and apologetic. Instead of sending out the items immediately, they attempted to track them down. Despite having no tracking number and sending the items standard mail ( 600 + dollars of hair). When i finally got the replacement hair a month LATER, it was not even human hair, and the colors were crayola colors!! I was lucky enough to dispute the charge with my credit card company and got the charge refunded back to me. But if i did not have that recourse, I would have been stuck with some 5 dollar Halloween costume hair 4 months later!!!
