I ordered in stock wigs from this site before Xmas. 3 months later i noticed i had not received any items . I contacted them and the customer service rep was nice and apologetic. Instead of sending out the items immediately, they attempted to track them down. Despite having no tracking number and sending the items standard mail ( 600 + dollars of hair). When i finally got the replacement hair a month LATER, it was not even human hair, and the colors were crayola colors!! I really liked the styles and variety on this website and attempted to purchase. I noticed that none of the items in stock were actually in stock. i contacted the customer service person to ask about this they said that they did not have the items i requested. i sent another email about A PRODUCT-- DID NOT HAVE THAT EITHER!! but she suggested i could custom order an item starting at 559.00. Basically i concluded that they had no stock and this site was a scam. How can you have no items in stock - no brick store to visit, but want me to trust you with almost 600 dollars for over 2 months. Of course all custom orders are nonrefundable!!! read full review »
