I signed a service contract with this company on June 09, 2010. The contract was to cover my three ultrasound machines and probes. after both parties agreed to the terms this company took my ONE of my machines and two probes for evaluation and preventative maintenance. They determined that my machine was operational and without issue. However less than a week later, the same machine caused an apparent probe failure. I called the contact person for the company(ADAM GOLDBERG) and i was told they could not help me nor would any addl service be performed as it was there belief that "something was wrong with all the machines". No repairs, service or anything had been done at this juncture so i kindly requested a refund of my quarterly payment($3, 666.09). It was at this point that I was instructed that a refund would not be possible and i would be required to honor the signed contract. I have since won a small claims action(10/21/10) against this group. I have also placed a written complaint to the office of consumer affairs and the better business bureau. I am awaiting my awarded reimbursement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with diagnostic ultrasound. Lastly, in addition to this issue i discovered that they have very very low amount of inventory so borrowing probes from other customers to lend to another customer in need is how they survive.
