I signed a service contract with this company on June 09, 2010. The contract was to cover my three ultrasound machines and probes. after both parties agreed to the terms this company took my ONE of my machines and two probes for evaluation and preventative maintenance. They determined that my machine was operational and without issue. However less than a week later, the same machine caused an apparent probe failure.
