we have many ultrex kitchen product and have had problems with all with in a year.
no satisfaction with warranty on these products.
the inside non stick pealing off within a year or sooner.this product is not what they claimed.
also you can not get in contact with them to even talk about it .
we found this website by accident to complain about ultrex.
i am sure if other people found this website there would be many more complaints with this company. this ripoff should have been addressed long before now.
