I entered into contract for sliding and windows on 11/06. In mid December started calling the salesman about renovation schedule and they did not return phone calls. I called in the office and left numerous messages. I tried on the entire seven phone numbers listed in the contract. I too left messages for owner, and he never returned calls. I some how managed to get his cell number and was able to get him on a Friday 1/19/07, he was very surprised that I got his cell number. He had a number of excuses but promised to show up that Saturday with firm schedule. He never showed. This was ridiculous and I could smell something fishy so I started to investigate him and his firm. They are scam artist who have billed numerous homeowners, senior citizens suppliers. Civil suits are on file. They are also known as United Roofing Construction, United Builders, and United Exteriors. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were no help at all. I am very angry with this and will see that something should be done.
