I entered into contract for sliding and windows on 11/06. In mid December started calling the salesman about renovation schedule and they did not return phone calls. I called in the office and left numerous messages. I tried on the entire seven phone numbers listed in the contract. I too left messages for owner, and he never returned calls. I some how managed to get his cell number and was able to get him on a Friday 1/19/07, he was very surprised that I got his cell number.
