I purchased an exam prep guide 7/30/08 for a job with the USPS. It cost $89 and I was charged $109 on my credit card. When I called back, they said they forgot to tell me it cost $20 to ship. I have then looked for a job posting with the USPS each month for a year. Every month the online search showed that there was no position within 100 miles of me-and actually none in Washington state. I checked every month and still no possibilities. I called today to get a refund authorization number from United Work Force as I am entitled to a refund if I could not find a job with USPS within a year. Of course, when I called the number it has been disconnected!! They do not show a website or email and an online search just brings up the same disconnected number. I am an educated, smart woman who just got taken by a bunch of thugs-not cool! I did my part and tried to get a job, but nothing ever came available. They should keep their word and refund my $89. I guess I will contact the Attorney General's office in Florida and see where to go from here.
